Performance Monitoring, and program Reporting,

Accountability and Evaluation of the Proposal

The Proposal from its highest management body to the management, staff and volunteer sensures strict accountability and reporting of the Proposal funds and all resources that are at its disposal through the following compliance instruments.

Proposal Reports

  • A Brief Monthly Situation Report highlighting key activities of the Proposal for the period. Monthly Proposal incomes and expenditures are briefly reported.

  • A 6-month, biannual report measuring the performance/progress of the Proposal with the target set in the objectives. Key challenges will be raised, and measures taken to address the financial report is prepared indicating the Proposal financial performance with the target objectives. If any discrepancy, it will be accountability addressed. Field level monitoring of the Proposal is also held once a week to closely follow-up activities.

  • A Yearly Analytic Report provides analysis of the Proposal activities.

  • Two key reports

  1. Narrative Analysis Report of the Proposal. This annual report provides a detailed analysis of all the aspects of the Proposal, including Performance vs. Targets, explaining any deviation in performance whether the Proposal makes a progress in achieving its objectives and if beneficiaries’ assistance has brought a +/- % in the areas of the engagement. Although a 1-year Proposal, it will have to demonstrate some level of progress of results.
